Women's Ministry – A Quick Glance

The ACP Women's Ministry hosts activities to encourage women in their faith journey. We provide a save place to share, question and learn what it means to be a disciple of Christ. All women are welcome and we offer childcare to encourage moms to attend.

Monthly Women's Sunday Fellowship – one Sunday a month, 12h15-13h30, Thurber Room, free childcare available

Monthly Women's Bible study – one Sunday a month, 12h15-13h15, room F2 (first floor), free childcare available

Tuesday Morning Women's Bible Study – every week, 10h30-12h30, Catacombs, free childcare available

Women's Monthly Sunday Fellowship 2019-2020

One Sunday a month, 12h15-13h30, Thurber Room

Join us for a time of fellowship; meeting other women, sharing a light snack and listening to a testimony or presentation that offers words of encouragement, insight, or points of reflection for our daily walk with Jesus. All women are welcome and childcare is provided.

Women's Monthly Bible Study: Focus on Forgiveness

One Sunday a month, 12h15-13h15, room F2 (first floor)

Come prayerfully study what the Bible says about forgiving and being forgiven. Each month we will discuss Biblical principles, ideas and/or stories and then spend a bit of time in personal reflection, with the goal of growing in Christ.

All women welcome! *Free childcare provided.

September 1: overall discussion of forgiveness

October 6: the Lord's Prayer, Jesus on the cross

November 10: the parable of the unmerciful servant

December 1: the prodigal son, focus on the younger son

January 12: the prodigal son, focus on the older son

February 2: the prodigal son, focus on the father

*The nursery will be provided for any children. Meetings have been scheduled to overlap with the kids' Bible study (ages 7-12).

Women's Tuesday Morning Bible Study

All women are welcome to join the Tuesday morning women's Bible Study! We meet every Tuesday morning from 10h30-12h30, except during school holidays, in the ACP Catacombs. All women are welcome to attend. Childcare is provided with prior notice of one week.

ACP Women's Retreat 2020

Saturday, March 21, 9h00-16h00, Thurber Room

Retreat leader: Odette Lockwood-Stewart

Our speaker this year will be Odette Lockwood-Stewart, a United Methodist pastor who has previously served as the ACP Visiting Pastor, led the ACP Family Fall Retreat with her husband Jim and is a much loved friend of ACP. Odette grew up in Connecticut and California. She attended seminary at Boston University School of Theology and served on the Faculty of the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley where she also directed PSR’s Field Education and Contextual Learning. She has led congregations and campus ministries for over thirty-five years as a United Methodist Elder and has given leadership at international, national, and regional levels of the church and ecumenical associations.

Registration will begin in early February so mark your calendar to attend this full day retreat that includes times of study and reflection, worship, and a catered lunch. There is a small fee to attend and childcare is offered.

Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) International
Monday Evenings, 19h-20h30, free study groups for children ages 7-18

Join us for an interdenominational, international Bible study on Monday evenings from September through May (excluding most French school holidays), 19h - 20h30. This Paris class brings together 100 or so women for in-depth Bible study in the ACP sanctuary. We also offer a free program for children ages 7 – 18, so your children can study along at the same time. You don't need anything but your Bible, but if you don't have one of those, we can share! Mothers of Paris (MOPS)
Second Friday of each month, 10h-12h, free childcare available


MOPS - Mothers of Paris is a welcoming group of international mothers who come together to laugh, learn, eat, craft, share, pray, support and encourage one another through the trials and triumphs of motherhood. The mother of all mom meetups isn't complete without you! We meet the second Friday of each month at ACP, 10h-12h. Free childcare is provided.
